My partner bought a Vitara and I bought a Jimny Nov. last year. Aaron as a salesman was thoroughly professional and timely with information especially as the Jimny was on a long waiting list and he actually secured the first choice colour I wanted. Our experience especially for the service department has been unexpectedly happy. The small plastic cover surrounding the boot release broke and was replaced under warranty - without hesitation on the Vitara. Its only problem at 82,000km's. The service may take a while but is actually done ( unlike some delearships ) and the car comes back amazingly clean. We live near Pt Wakefield so a lot of dirt roads. The Jimny as a vehicle no issues yet at all. The girls who take the calls for booking services are very polite and on the ball so thanks Wendy, Georgia and Jess. Even having to cancel my most recent service at 8.10 on a Friday when it was booked for 10 am was not an issue. My Great Dane puppy had swallowed part of a mobile phone wallet so got no sleep and rather than drive 100km with limited concentration phoned to cancel. No problem in rebooking for following week. A ps to Wendy - great sense of humour without compromising a professional approach. We all need a laugh. I understand the best organisation can have a blunder. Having had some nasty experiences with other companies including a Ford dealership years back however I cannot comprehend that anybody could accurately give Jarvis a 1 star rating. Go to a dealership that puts a paper protector over the driver's seat, puts a plastic numbered triangle on the roof and half an hour later drives the car through the garage, then charges $700 for a first service including a mandatory tightening of the aluminium head, then the engine blows up 300km later and it has to go through consumer affairs for 3 months before they replace it under warranty. That would justify one star. Missing a spare key may be inconvenient and maybe it would have been nicer to take the trouble to supply a spare but by comparison rates as trivial in my eyes. Our experience has been great. And no I don't usually waffle on like this but especially for a car dealership we haven't been able to fault them.

Bit disappointed, as without notifying us, only one key was given to us for our car. We will therefore have to pay for a 2nd key to be cut ourselves. Really disappointed 5th November....I must give the bussiness credit for getting in contact with us. They offered to cut another key for us at no cost. Has been appreciated very much. Thankyou for going out of your way.
